Justin Draper loves creating cocktails that tell a story.
He started as a home bartender with an interest in the history of cocktails and spirits. He honed his craft at creating top-notch drinks with expert technique, and began teaching cocktail classes across Alberta.
Now, he combines his background in communications with his passion for cocktails to develop specialized drinks and menus that don’t just look and taste good, but celebrate your story too.
Justin regularly competes in cocktail competitions. He was named one of World Class Canada’s top 15 western Canadian bartenders in 2024, and competed nationally as one of World Class Canada’s top 8 bartenders in 2025.
Justin also competed in Canada’s first ever non-alcoholic cocktail competition in 2025.
He is constantly devloping his skills and knowledge across the hospitality sector through courses and hands-on experience.
